    I don’t recommend this plugin, at the beginning it was working but after my session ended, I login again, and I get back to my media, the whole media library was messy. This was due to some CSS/JS files not loaded. Even after disabling the plugin, I couldn’t get back some of my media.

    This plugin is also not free at all, once you created your 10 (!) folders, you need to pay to get anything else and you’re quite stuck with their plugin as you can get your media back!

    Hi @michelleoclarkee,

    There seems something went wrong on your site. Our plugin helps to organize files visually, we do not touch to files physical paths so it should remain all files after you deactivate our plugin.

    Can you use “Debug Info” plugin and give me the list of plugins, theme on your site?
    We will help check then.
