Break Loop So I can Query a Post in single-product.php

Hi I have had a client request that I place content from a page that has been set up already. Some tabbed content is needed that will relate to all products.

I just had a look at loop and is it possible to reset loop and restart so that I may place my loop in between the two loops.

Either that or relate as single post to all products. Advice appreciated.
