Breadcrums navxt plugin does not work

    I am a newbie, I have made a website with wp.
    I have installed the navxt breadcrum plugin.
    but its output is wrong.
    it outputs Blog > The Shop > Archive by category 'Where we are'
    where it should be Home>the shop >where we are
    what is wrong??
