breadcrumbs with custom menu items

    I’m trying to create something like a breadcrumb menu that shows just the currently selected link from the custom menu in the sidebar of my page in the main body in place of the page title. For items with child menu items I want the parent and the child menu item to show. I’m trying to get it to display the navigation labels for these items.

    So for example, on the following page:

    https://www.tkogfx.com/boccia_dev/paintings

    If you were to click on the “expressionism” under “single figures” in the sidebar, the words “Single Figures Expressionism” would show at the top of the main content section.

    They really don’t even need to be links to anything like they would be in a normal breadcrumb menu. It would be fine if I could just get the text to show up.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
