The latest updates (4.0.5 and 4.1 beta) have still not fixed the schema breadcrumb issue (according to Google validation). More code needs to change rather than just adding schema.org to the functions-extensions file, which is the only noticeable change i.e. replaced ‘ data–vocabulary.org ‘.

With the update in-place the following are still flagged as missing:

    Property=
    typeof=
    position=

I believe these need to be added accordingly with the correct coding in the functions-extensions file. Apologies if I have missed something.

And the code still in the file ‘ rel=”v:url” property=”v:title ‘ is associated with the old data–vocabulary.org coding (which Google also flags).

Please advise ASAP with a fix? Thanks!

  • Hi @steviewils

The theme’s dev team is working on it and this will be fixed in the next release.

    Hi,

I just saw that 4.1.7 has been released and hoped this issue would be fixed.

However, after looking at the functions-extentions file I can see that the issue is still not resolved. We are going to have to migrate away from the theme shortly if this is not fixed.

Please advise on when this will be amended to correctly reflect the schema parameters?

    Many thanks!
