    Hi,

I noticed an issue with the breadcrumbs of my blog posts.
I did the last Yoast plugin update and now the the child category appears before the parent category on my last posts: https://toutpourmasante.fr/hernie-discale-l5-s1/

I tried many different settings in Yoast, in the category settings and in blog posts.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hello @toutpourmasante and @mikei2004

We apologize for any issues you are facing with the Yoast SEO plugin. We’d like to help you out. Can you confirm you’re using the latest version of Yoast SEO for WordPress plugin v14.1?

We do know there is an issue with v14.1 of the plugin where the order or hierarchy of the breadcrumbs isn’t appearing in the right order. This is scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming release of v14.2 of Yoast SEO for WordPress. Please feel free to update to 14.2 when it releases as it should be released sometime next week and see if this resolves the issue with the breadcrumb order. Please let us know if you continue to encounter any issues or concerns.

@mindsetonline You may want to create a new issue if you are experiencing a similar problem as this helps us in tracking as this can be caused by many different variables (WordPress version, other plugins, etc).

That being said, if this is the same issue, we are aware of the issue with the breadcrumb order that is occurring in Yoast SEO and there is currently an issue report open with our developers. Whereas we are unable to provide an ETA as to when this will be resolved, there will be a fix to this issue included in the 14.2 release of the plugin.
