Breadcrumbs issue

    Hi, in every quizz page the lesson is replaced by the topic, appearing twice. This only happens in quizzes, in every other pages it works fine.
    expected: start / choose a course / course / LESSON / topic
    what happens: start / choose a course / course / TOPIC / topic
    any suggestions? thanks
