Yes A.J and I from Total Theme found a bug with your shortcode for breadcrumbs. so We used another shortcode for his theme that hooks into Yoast.
Hi Robert,
This is Aj the theme author. Adrian assigned the ticket over to me so I could help you out personally. Unfortunately I can’t access your site logins either, but I don’t think it’s really needed.
I went ahead and tested the Yoast breadcrumbs shortcode on a development server and can confirm it’s not working in Total nor the default WordPress theme so I can confirm it’s not a theme related issue. I even tested it inside a Gutenberg block as they suggested from their forum (many other people are complaining about the shortcode not working) and it won’t work when I test: https://a.cl.ly/04uO7jR1 – so it definitely looks like a plugin issue.
Now, Total actually includes built-in support for Yoast SEO so you don’t have to use their shortcode, the theme will display Yoast breadcrumbs by default. I see you have inserted the shortcode for the breadcrumbs so it’s under the logo, you can just modify your code to use the [vcex_breadcrumbs] shortcode instead which is the theme’s breadcrumbs (but will return Yoast breadcrumbs if enabled)
