breadcrumbs interfering with my header

Hello

I enabled breadcrumbs on my website via the Yoast plugin and then copied to code into the header file, but this messed up the header and my logo.

I tried to remove the code and disable the breadcrumbs function, but the breadcrumbs are still there.

Can someone have a look at https://www.speechandlanguagetherapy.org.uk and let me know what I can do to rectify this?
