Breadcrumbs Divi Module with Polylang

  • I am creating a Multilanguage site (Greek/English) and I want to use Breadcrumbs Divi Module on certain pages.

    My problem is that the home link in the module, is always point to the default language home page (Greek in this case) no matter what language I am.

    How can I make Breadcrumbs Divi Module to be aware of the current language and act accordingly?
