    From the live demo of that theme, it appears that it does not reload on page navigation. Instead, it uses JavaScript to load new “pages”. Due to this, placing the breadcrumb code in header.php isn’t going to get you the desired result. The simplest thing to do is try placing it in the single.php, index.php, page.php, etc files. Or try placing it in the file that handles the loop (just above entering the loop).
