    Hi,

    Sometimes we want to have/set a different Home for the “base” of the breadcrumbs.

    I mean, i try to use the breadcrumbs shortcode in a directory plugin. Just for the plugin pages. So the Home that goes to the WP Home is not needed or better should point to the Directory page.

    Can that be done my me (easily)?

    Hello!

    You can use the home attribute to change the base breadcrumb name; e.g., [tsf_breadcrumb home="Other Home"]

    If you also need to change the URL, then you must use a PHP filter for the breadcrumbs via the_seo_framework_breadcrumb_list. So, I’m afraid this one isn’t easy, but it’s doable. Let me know if I can help you with that.

    It seems complicated to me with your suggestion.

    I tried to do that with a plugin (Breadcrumb NavXT & a Kadence action) and seems to work right, since you can select the Root for each breadcump taxonomy.
