Breadcrumb + Polylang – multilanguage

Hey.

I’m using your plugin work so far good.
The only problem i have not is that i run a multilanguage site and it shows always as last parent element home of the first language homepage.
So if im on english page it shows https://www.domain.com/home instead of https://www.domain.com/en/home.

Are there something i can do to handle that?
