Breadcrumb not updating categories

    Hello there,

    I have a problem with breadcrumbs and categories.

    I changed some products categories and the breadcrumbs is not updating.

    For example on this screenshot the category should be “Ad’heco Film Wall” and not “ADHéSIFS DéCORATIFS DIY SANS PVC”

    How can I resolve this ? Do you have an idea ? My theme is Blocksy of course.

    I can see that you’re using RankMath, which might affect these. Could you please try to temporarily deactivate RankMath to see if the breadcrumbs issue is resolved?

    I know that the plugin has some very aggressive SEO techniques, if not configured properly, and it might affect things like these.

    Also, what’s the breadcrumb provider under the Customiser -> General -> Breadcrumbs section?

    OMG you rock ! That works when I desactive RankMath plugin. FYI The breadcrumb provider is in default mode in the Customiser.

    The problem is that I use Rankmath a lot… I don’t want to loose all I used. I don’t find which configuration I need to do in RankMath to suppress that bug in the breadcrumb.

    In the general settings of Rankmath I deactivated the breadcrumb function…

    DO you have an idea ? Or I should contact Rankmath directly ?

    Ok, we’re getting there. ??

    I’m not entirely sure which option of RankMath affects this, but apparently it modifies the WP query completely (since you have “default” as the provider). I would recommend getting in touch with them, as they know exactly how their code works. Perhaps it is a little oversight from their end.

    I configured Rankmath and it seems to work properly with the breadcrumb function of rankmath finally.
