    Hi there,
for some time (I noticed it last week) the breadcrumb is not regenerating, i.e. when it is activated it stays the same, no matter which site I open.

When I deactivate it (no matter if deactivate the breadcrumb from within Yoast or by deactivating the whole plugin) it regenerates once correctly for the current sit, but then stays the same (frozen).

    Set-up:
Yoast SEO (free version) – breadcrumb integration via [wpseo_breadcrumb]
Divi (which supports Yoast according to its documentation)
WP fastest cache with CDN cloudflare

    I suppose this is a Yoast-problem?
    Any ideas?
    Best, Dirk

  • Hi @dirk13,

    Thank you for reaching out!

This is most likely a conflict. Can you confirm that you are running Yoast SEO 14.4.1 and WordPress 5.4.2? If so, are all other plugins and themes also up to date? If not, please install the open updates and check if the issue persists.

If it does, we’d like you to do a conflict check to see if the Breadcrumbs are correct on every page of your site if Yoast is the only active plugin. The easiest way to test this is using the Health Check plugin Troubleshooting mode. Can you please follow the steps on the Conflict Check page and let us know the results?

Thanks Jeroen for your quick response.
I did the recommended check. The problem occurs only when WP Fastest Cache Premium (using CDN cloudflare) is activated.

Any idea what I should do now? Or contact their support?
    Best, Dirk

    Hi @dirk13,

    Thank you for troubleshooting!

Yes, we would recommend reaching out to the WP Fastest Cache support forums/developers to see if they can replicate the issue and can fix it for you. Thanks.
