breadcrumb navigation removal

Hi Jesper!

First of all, thanks a lot for this beautiful theme! I love just staring at it :))

Apart from it being so beautiful, there is a slight challange and that’s to do with breadcrumb navigation, where you click to menu item and on top of the page it says:

You are here: Home / “YOUR PAGE”

how do I disable this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
