Breadcrumb issue problems

  • I’ve changed the image that loads in the breadcrumb image area and still it loads the same guy with beard and pipe image when you search for products. On the homepage it is the our custom image, but it mostly ignores our image and loads the default one. Tried emailing Accespress support and first they said I must send them temporary login details which I did. Then they changed their minds and said I must upgrade to Pro before they will do that.

    How about creating a working theme first that works with few issues and not having your standard response being “plugin conflict” every time someone reports an issue. So you need to upgrade first just so that we can breach our own website’s security, because every time there is a problem (constant problems) you need to admin rights to our website. No thank you.

    The theme breadcrumb does not have any issues our other users are using the breadcrumb different images without any issues.

    The breadcrumb has multiple options for your page, posts, a single product, and the archive products. Please set images for your all settings then check.

    The breadcrumbs are working fine, your site is customized and you are using the lots of plugins. It must be the problem in your customization or the plugin. You should try to deactivate the plugin. If that does not work then you need to contact again for the further support.
