Breadcrumb goes to wrong page

    1) I copied a copy of a page I wanted to edit. (called Business Games). I made this the live (L) version by changing the permalink and changed the name of the old one to Business Game OLD (O) (and it permalink)

    However when I click on the Products (on the menu bar ) and select Business Games it goes to the OLD page: https://www.kinetik.uk.com/products/business-games-old/

    However clicking on the icon (business games in orange) on the page does go to the right page!
    https://www.kinetik.uk.com/products/business-games/

    Incidentally when I did 1) above the top menu also change dropdown to Business Games Old, which I changed by going into appearance and changing it to Business Games.

    Somehow the top level menu does not connect to the right page and I can’t seem to find a way of fixing this despite looking everywhere!
