Open functions.php file in any text editor.

Look for below code

echo $before . _e("Archive by category ", 'kyma') . ' ' . single_cat_title('', false) . '"' . $after;

and replace with

echo $before . _e("Category ", 'kyma') . $delimiter . single_cat_title('', false) . $after;

save the file.

p.s. Did you mean replace without changing the wording:

echo $before . _e("Archive by category ", 'kyma') . $delimiter . single_cat_title('', false) . '"' . $after;
