Bread crumbs

I have a question, for my understanding about bread crumbs. I am working in the moment on seo and I saw that single listings have not the directory in the breadcrumbs. Did I do something wrong, or is this not supported. Just asking, before I try to fix something, what maybe is not possible. Have the same problem with a a other plugin a calendar.

I added a link with an exemple, it has in the right corner under the menue the breadcrumbs.
It has now home >> name of single listing
I want home>>directory>>dirctory categorie >> name of single listing
