brave popup builder not loading

    Hi, hope you all guys are doing great this nice weekend.
    ok so, my problem with the brave plugin is that it looks like the brave popup builder is not loading in:
    -brave popups
    -“All Popups” (this content is empy and i cant access to the popup builder)
    -“Integrations” is loading good, i can see the sites that i can add to the popup.

    Well, that is that, do you guys have any suggestion to solve this issue?

    @vivala80s Can you kindly make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress and then try disabling all other plugins and see if that fixes the issue.

    Just checked your website and there are some javascript errors produced by your theme that is preventing the images to load. So the theme could also produce errors in WP backend which could break the Plugin Interface.

    Nice, thank you for your suggestions, now…

    My WordPress Version 5.5
    My PHP Version 7.0
    My Theme Customizr Version: 4.3.1

    I’m confused i just switched to another theme (wordpress theme) just to see what happens and nothing changed, any other suggestions my friend @getbrave ?

    @vivala80s Go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings and see if that work.s If it does’t, kindly ask your webhost to increase the memory (Allocate more ram) for your website. They will do it within a few minutes. You can also try changing the memory limit yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmlGHje1V50

    @vivala80s Could be a server settings that causing this issue. Can you please let us know what webhost you are using to host your website?
