Brands Shortcode and WPBakery Widget Not Showing Products

  • I’ve tried both the shortcode [brands_products] and the WPBakery widget to show all products from a specific brand. I’ve tried with both ID and slug on multiple brands with products attributed to them but the result is: No products were found matching your selection.

    Please provide shortcode with all options that you use to display products.

    I’ve tried both the slug and the Brand ID version. Also tried the WPBakery widget with the same result.

    [brands_products brand_slug=eagle-pi-xray]

    Please try to use new shortcode instead 

    [brb_products_list brands="eagle-pi-xray" brand_field="slug"]
