First off, what are the renewal price rates for the 1 and 5 sites pro version?

Does it work with woocommerce brands for discounts?

    Are there conditional scenario settings?

    Here’s an example:

Set a user role to a 5% discount on all items and set the same user role to a 10% brand discount. If the specified role selects the discounted brand, can it be set to only apply the 10% discount (or whichever is cheaper in case of a reverse scenario), not both?

Adding to the example above, can it be set to not apply a discount to the sale price of an item and instead apply it to the regular price and offer the customer whichever is cheaper, the sale price, or discounted regular price?

    Hi @chopperstwisted

    Thank you for your question.

You can find the plugin prices on the plugin page.

Does it work with woocommerce brands for discounts?

    Yes.

    Are there conditional scenario settings?

Yes, you can try the plugin pro version on our demo website.

Set a user role to a 5% discount on all items and set the same user role to a 10% brand discount. If the specified role selects the discounted brand, can it be set to only apply the 10% discount (or whichever is cheaper in case of a reverse scenario), not both?

    You can create two rule.

    • A 10% rule.
    • A 5% rule

The rules have an apply mode option, and you can set the top priority rule apply mode to “Apply this rule and disregard other rules”.

Also, you can reorder rules to give them a top priority in the rules list page.

Adding to the example above, can it be set to not apply a discount to the sale price of an item and instead apply it to the regular price and offer the customer whichever is cheaper, the sale price, or discounted regular price?

The plugin can apply the discount on the “regular price” of a product. You can follow the below steps.

    • Go to the plugin settings – general tab – product price section.
    • Set “Product Base Price” to the “Product Price”.
    • Set “On-Sale Products Price” to “Regular Price” and save settings.
    • Try it again.

and offer the customer whichever is cheaper

No the plugin can only apply a discount to the “regular” or the “sale” price of the product, but does not offer the cheaper of them.

    I hope it helps.

    1. Your site shows discounted prices which is why I am asking about the renewal rate. The current 5-site price is $200 and discounted to $79. Is the renewal the same price or the regular price of $200?
    2. Your demo does not have the brands plugin installed. I am using the official woocommerce brands plugin.

If you don’t cancel your subscription, the renewal price will be at the same price of the purchase, so it is 79$ for you.

Your demo does not have the brands plugin installed. I am using the official woocommerce brands plugin.

Yes, the plugin can apply a discount on WooCommerce Brands.

If you have any special scenario about brands you can create a new ticket and we will check it out.

    I hope it helps.

I do not see anything in the documentation about brand based discounts. I have used the demo and I cannot find anything related to a brand discount. I offer discounts by user role for specific brands.
