    Could you tell us what is the content of this page? You can send us a screenshot from WeTransfer or a site that allows uploading images.

    Maybe it’s a permalinks problem, so you can try regenerating them from Settings > Permalinks > click on Save Changes.

    Hello there,

    We have checked this on our installation, and the brand pages are showing correctly. Could you provide us with the link to a product of that brand?

    In addition, we recommend you perform the following tests to verify that the conflict is not coming from another plugin, customization, or theme:

    – Change the theme to a default WordPress theme like 2022.
    – Leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active, and if the problem disappears, activate your plugins in batches until you find which one is causing it.

    If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can easily create a staging site with the free WP Staging plugin.

    I discovered that there is a conflict with polylang, it is a known problem?

    We have had no record of this issue, although it should be noted that our plugin only supports WPML and Loco Translate.
