Brands and Coupons

What are you using to create coupon? Is it default WooCommerce functionality or you are using some plugin for this?

So if i will select in the coupon creation to apply only on a brand than it will apply to that brand only even if will be more itens from other brands in the cart right?

I have tested but some thing still not right.
The coupon not dedact the corect amount.

For example if you add this item to cart
https://www.beautys.co.il/shop/eyes/eyeshadows/%d7%a4%d7%9c%d7%98%d7%aa-%d7%a6%d7%9c%d7%9c%d7%99%d7%95%d7%aa-15-%d7%92%d7%95%d7%95%d7%a0%d7%99%d7%9d-%d7%91%d7%92%d7%99%d7%9e%d7%95%d7%a8-%d7%9b%d7%a1%d7%a3-%d7%a9%d7%9c-%d7%a8%d7%91%d7%95%d7%9c/

and use the 10% off coupon code ‘itai’ which i set to be apply only on the brand “Makeup Revolution” you will see that the amount that dedact is -9.7 which is not 10% from 57.4

It does seem to apply only on the brand but the calculation is wrong.
Can you please look into it?

I did add this Product to the cart. Its price is 52.5 . I did add a promo code itai and got ?????: itai -?10.0 [???]

Could you please explain what is not working?

Its a 10% coupon and 10% out of 52.5 is 5.25 and not 10.
Thats the issue. calculation wrong

Hi,

Our plugin is checking coupon code. If it has Brands set we are checking products in the cart for the Brands attached. If product has needed Brand we are telling WooCommerce that this product is applicable for the discount. That’s it. We are not providing any calculations. So if calculation is wrong you need to contact WooCommerce or start with their documentation. Maybe you are using some tax that is not calculated in the discount?

It only happen with brand coupon.
If i apply same coupn in general than the calculation is fine.
