Brands add-on Description not editable

  • Hello.

    I can’t edit the “Description” textarea: it is hidden and its text color is white.

    Is it a bug?

    Hi Michael,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    We have checked our installation and the textarea is seen correctly. Do you have the latest version of our plugin? If so, try each of these steps and see if any of them fix the problem:

    – Leave only our plugin and WooCommerce active.
    – Switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty One
    – Deactivate and reactivate our plugin.
