    Hi there,

We’ve found that when we activate Download Manager on our site with the Brando theme, the mobile menu stops displaying the drop down. If you press the hamburger symbol, then it won’t show the drop down. When deactivating the plugin it will.

(Current plugin is deactivated so mobile users can navigate the site) We’d appreciate some support on this please.

    Look forward to your reply.

  • Hi @allincreat,
Sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.
Can you please create a staging website and activate the WPDM plugin there and then share the website URL with us so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?
However, Can you please clear your site cache?
Also, there can be a conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking
We are waiting for your reply.
    Thanks.

    hi @humayonk,

Thanks for the response, sorry I didn’t get a notification of your reply, so just seeing it here. Staging site url is here:

    https://wordpress-148426-1951044.cloudwaysapps.com

I’ve tested clearing the cache and disabling the cache plugin, but no change. Have tested with most non-essential plugins dibbled too, but once DM is enabled the problem happens.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Hello @allincreat,
    Thank you for the URL.
But I think you forgot to activate the WPDM plugin because in my inspection I found that the mobile menu is working fine now. Please check this.
However, try disabling only “Bootstrap JS” from the WPDM UI settings by following this.
Let me know after performing both above-mentioned actions.
    Thanks.

    Hi @humayonk,

Apologies for that, activated DM now and then once disabling the “Bootstrap JS” the menu now works as expected.

    Thanks for the help.
