Brand thing not saved/displayed under products schema

Hi

I also noticed the “brand” schema is not getting saved. Instead, it is displaying the values from the name field under the product schema. Is this normal? I thought the brand text should show up under Brand Thing.

e.g. below is what is showing. I have the company name field under brand but instead London Tours is showing up when I check the schema under google.

brand [Thing]:
name: London Tours
