Brand New Install of 3.9.1 not showing pictures

I’ve been having issues with 3.9.1 not showing pictures in posts and/or in the media library. I completely deleted/got rid of my test sub-domain and started over fresh, but without any luck. I haven’t loaded any new themes to the new install. All the plugins have been deactivated, but that didn’t help either.

Test sub-domain 2: https://dcso2.lizreeder.net/ (pictures work just fine)

Test sub-domain 3: https://dcso3.lizreeder.net/ (no pictures at all)

I’ve tried using Chrome, IE, and Firefox both with a proxy (from work) and over my regular home network. The issue is the same for both Windows 7 and Mac OSX Mavericks. Both sub-domains are using the same host (HostMonster), but I’m not tech savvy enough to know if they’re on the same server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
