    Thank you for your feedback. We didn’t intend for the review to be confusing for the users. That’s why we did not leave any positive feedback in the review, just a comment for the WordPress community. It’s clearly visible that the comment was left by the plugin author.

    That’s not sneaky at all and is perfectly allowed. You can review your own work here if you like.

    aha, ok, didn’t know that. Not sneaky then, but strange – allows owners to improve their reviews unfairly – of course each owner is going to review their product with 100% good review, no matter how bad the plugin is.

    Not sure what logic is this decision to allow owners to review their own products based on? Or to rephrase – what benefits to users does it create?
