    Hello i have plugin Facebook for WooCommerce. I have 2 questions:
    1) I want show in my campaigns brand name. But plugin don’t sync it for facebook catalog.It shows my website page name not brand. What i can do? Not al my products have brand name. Also i added brand name after sync to facebook catalog. But i think after update product data it must resync info

    Hi @karollis3,

    To fix both of these issues, please reset the products by using the script here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/#reset-all-products

    Once you’ve done that, you can re-connect to Facebook to sync them again. This should include the brands, and remove the duplication.

    Hello, i did this but problem the same. In facebook vatalog Brand name showing my page title. E.mados parduotuv?|lokmax
    Maybe i can use code for delete all products from catalog and resync again it?
    I was added this reset code to my function after that I reloaded the page several times. Clear my cache. And press resync products in plugin. After a while, I went to Facebook, but the brand code didn’t appear. Maybe this reset function does not change (does not overwrite) some data?

    Thanks for your question!

    1) In regards to the brand issue being not synced as the brand name configured in the Facebook tab under product data screen, instead it’s using your website name, I have asked our developers to confirm.

    2) However about the second issue:

    So it’s a duplication case. It could be your site was trying to sync then it didn’t finish resulting in broken sync, etc.

    In order for us to better understand your site setup, so we can assist with proper troubleshooting suggestions, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it on https://gist.github.com/ then share the URl here.

    Thank you for answer. So i will wait info about brand name sync. How i can end this process.

    For duplicates:
    when i find it in fb catalog i was deleted, but i can do this only when my website have not much products.

    1) Brand name sync: Yes, thank you for your understanding. We cannot give you an exact timeframe for a reply back from our developers. We will keep you posted once we have an update from them.

    2) Duplicate products”: Thank you for sharing your System Status Report. I had a look through it and noticed you have WPML and a few other plugins that might cause duplicate products in specific situations.

    The plugins that stand out most to me are Variation Swatches for WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro. These plugins seem to handle variations and images, and may not be working correctly with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

    To check if there is a plugin or possibly your theme causing a conflict that prevents Facebook for WooCommerce from working correctly, I recommend performing a full conflict test. Please make sure to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook, while switching to a default theme like Storefront.

    Then sync to Facebook again and see if you still get duplicates.

    Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help troubleshooting the duplicate products!

    And after check event test how works pixel. I noticed that add to cart function not working (event). https://snipboard.io/NdXwc3.jpg i was added in this photo this product. And you can see that event not showing add to cart.

    Do you get the same result after switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.

    If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    And plus 1 question when i created FB product sets i was use my WC categories for it.

    We mentioned doing a conflict test in our last reply.

    Can you confirm if you were able to try that?

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by trying to see if you find this specific problem.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Yes i did it. I don’t find any conflict. Now all product is without duplicate. events manager works good. But the problem is that i can’t use brand column from product in FB catalog

    That’s a bummer!

    As said before, we’ve reported this and our devs have confirmed it as a bug. We’re working on the fix, but we can’t give any timeline where this fix would come out..
