Brand issue for Facebook shop

    I need assistance with getting the product brands in Woocommerce to display on the facebook/instagram shop.

    I just want to preface that Facebook support has already investigated and asked me to contact you guys for help.

    I have installed Facebook for woocommerce and the problem is the brand name of my products are not being displayed on my Facebook and instagram shops.

    Facebook have advised that the Brand field in my Facebook Commerce Manager is being managed by Woocommerce so if I manually override it, it won’t work.

    There are two places a brand is being shown on woocommerce – with the Perfect Brands plugin, and under the Facebook tab of the product data.
