Brand is not showing on loop grid (Elementor)

    I’ve created a custom loop grid and take the short code brand to take the image and link, every brand is configured and on loop edit it works well, but when applyed on archive page the logo isn’t pull from loop and dont display.

    Thank you for your return. I’don think you can find the erro on loop grid cause the website there are a lot of other plugins but i’ve disable every plugin to see the brand appears on loop grade and it does not. i’m using [pwb-brand].

    I’ve tryed to created a “Archive Item” from “CrockBlock” that i can custom the layout and i’ve put the short code [pwb-brand] and it also dont apear when display on site. Analyzing the source code the shortcode does not appear in the elementor grid loop neither in the Crocoblock item archive using the same shortcode.

    I’ve put the print below, i also had sent a mail to your support that was asked for me to creat a ADM account, i did it and reply the email to assess the whole site but i didnt have return.
