Brand banner not showing up

    Hi,

    Thanks for the great plugin! The problem I have right now is that the brand banner that I attach in the brand creation stage is not showing up in the brand page. Also I wonder if there is anyway to customize the brand page using visual composer the same way we change other pages? It would be very useful as we will have control over things like whether to add breadcrumbs.

    Hi blgo.

    Install the ‘Storefront’ theme and check if the banners are showing up, maybe your theme is removing/overriding the default WooCommerce hook that is used to include the banner (among other things).

    You cannot customize the brand pages using Visual Composer because VC requires a content area to be defined within page or post you are editing according to WordPress Codex guidelines. Category and Archive pages (like brand page) have completely different structure and generate content automatically. At the moment it can not be changed with Visual Composer.
