Any idea why the CC form fields would be locked or not accessible.
I have the “Braintree for WooCommerce” plugin installed, the install went fine.
I added all necessary Braintree information which is correct.
In test more I can access the amount field but neither in sandbox mode or production mode can I access the CC fields.
All the plugin requirements are met.
Just wondering if anyone else ever had that happen or any pointers where to look.

    Hi there!

    That is not expected behavior.

For further troubleshooting, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for the swift reply.
I think I found the issue, the problem seems to be with my custom theme and some JS I’m loading. When disabling it while on the cart it works as expected.
I’ll check if I can debug it from there. In any case the fault is not with the plugin and my WP and Woocommerce installs.

Thank you for letting us know that switching to a different theme resolved this issue for you.

I am marking this thread as resolved, but please let us know if any additional issues arise!
