[bps_directory] doesn’t work with object caching enabled

Yes, additional member directories made with [bps_directory] may not work well with persistent cache plugins.

In this case, try setting the BuddyPress ‘bp_pages’ cache group as non-persistent.

Does this work for you?

I added this to wp-config.php

define( ‘WP_REDIS_IGNORED_GROUPS’, [
‘counts’,
‘plugins’,
‘themes’,
‘bp_pages’
] );

But that didn’t help.

I’m not very familiar with Redis Object Cache, but your code looks fine to me.

Which Ignored Groups are reported in your Diagnostics tab?
