bpost pop-up is opening

Dear Antidote team,

We are experiencing this issue: Bpost Shipping plug-in blocks the checkout and displays “bpost pop-up is opening” message without doing anything.

As soon as the plugin is activated the following error appears on the checkout page: TypeError undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘a.funct’) – shm.js:5293 (https://shippingmanager.bpost.be/ShmFrontEnd/shm.js?ver=2.3.16).

All the plugins are up to date.
We already tried deactivating all the plugins + changing to standard WordPress Theme, nothing helps.

We also tried to contact bpost shipping manager but they didn’t answer so far.
