    Hi,
I got the plugin working fine about a week ago, since then I added a page with the shortcode displaying all the badges and adding a menu item. That’s it, but somehow the tab displaying achievements disappeared somewhere this week (it was working few days ago).
It seems I’m suddenly experiencing the familiar bug where the achievement tab only displays when no badges are earned yet.

I tried a clean install to try and fix the problem, but even with everything trashed/deleted/uninstalled it seems there’s still some data lingering. After a new install the users that previously earned badges are still not showing the tab, where “fresh” users are showing the tab.

How can I get rid of all data for a clean install or has there been a fix to this bug?

Hmm. Not sure what’s going on.

Here’s an image of what I see for the member with previous badges:

    And then the “fresh” member

Is this accurately reflecting what you see? or am I getting different results?

that is correct, I reinstalled the plugin.
The badges you see on the “old” member however do not exist anymore since I trashed and deleted them along with the plugin and all the add-ons.

It does seem to work now, but only for user that haven’t achieved any badges so far.
The “old” users still have all the old/deleted badges in both the front and backend and can’t seem to earn new badges. For every “new” badge they earn a “deleted but achieved” badge is awarded instead

From a previous thread, on what in the database would need cleared out to truly create a clean BadgeOS install:

List of “tables: database keys” that will have BadgeOS data:
    -wp_options: badgeos_settings, transient keys
    -wp_p2p/wp_p2pmeta: see #1 below
    -wp_postmeta: many. see #2 below
    -wp_posts: see #3 below
    -wp_usermeta: see #4 below

    1. this one can just have all the rows deleted. They’re used for steps data and whatnot.
    2. These will all start with “_badgeos_”
    3. These are where the actual achievements are. They are made with custom post types. You’ll want to check the post_type column and match them up with the names you gave the achievements.
    4. These also will all start with “_badgeos_”

If you have/had limits on earning amount for badges, then that’s going to be stored in user meta, and that won’t get removed at all with a reinstall of BadgeOS.

Hopefully this information can help somehow.
