I recently purchased Learn Dash and installed/activated BuddyPress and BBPress which all work great on my WordPress site. When I tried to install BuddyPress for Learn Dash today to intregrate, it caused my site to crash with a 500 – Error. I fixed the error by deactivating the plugin and through trial and error I found that Buddypress for Learn Dash works on my site, but only when buddypress is deactivated. I can’t get them both to work together.

I saw in the installation process that buddypress and learndash should be activated before I try activating BP for LD… which I did with no luck. We use Total theme by Hash Themes if that makes a difference and we have Memberpress.

I also have another question… I’ve noticed that to integrate memberpress with buddypress, I need to upgrade to the developers edition to get the add on. With learn dash, i see that I should be able to integrate buddypress seamlessly, but I’m curious… will I be able to have one seamless login for my clients if I just integrate buddypress with learndash? or will my clients need two separate logins still? Will Memberpress override this? I’d like to avoid upgrading if I don’t have to.

Figured it out… Not sure what the exact problem was, but I deleted BBPress, Buddypress, and BP for LD and then reinstalled/activated them in that order. Everything works.

Glad you figure it out yourself.
