    Hi,

    Boxzilla has stopped working on my site for some reason.

    I have the URL of the button set to: javascript:Boxzilla.show(6903);
    But when you click the button it just refreshes the page.

    settings 6903:
    Load box if any
    everywhere
    autoshow-never

    It used to work… now, no more.

    Suggestions?

    I don’t see any link on your website using javascript:Boxzilla.show(6903) as the URL. Can you point me to one please?

    Hi Danny,

    That’s the weird thing… it doesn’t show up on the page.
    But in the back end, it’s here:

    I’m having a similar issue. I put JavaScript:Boxzilla.show(7521) as my button link, but when the page loads, the button link ends up just being my main page URL. Even when I hover the mouse over it, it will just give the URL for my home page.

    I gave up and stopped using boxilla…

    I’ve had a number of landing pages that have stopped working over the years because of this software… decided to just aim for stable and simple rather than pop-up windows.

    Sorry to hear that Jaden, I have no clue what went wrong there. It’s certainly some kind of configuration or incompatibility issue, but it’s hard to debug remotely without seeing the full picture.

    @yngvai First thing to check is the “Load this box if…” setting, to make sure the Boxzilla script is properly loaded on the page you have the button link. What is it set to?
