Boxes Not Showing

  • I’ve added the plugin, but when you go to the login page the box to enter your username is not showing. It comes up if you click on a blank space.

    Also, my woocommerce store is private only, if you try to go to the store and are not a logged user, it takes you to a different page within the shop to login, neither the username or password boxes are showing. When you click on a blank space, the password box pops up, but not the username, so there’s no way to enter into that field

    I’d suggest trying a different theme. If your issue goes away, it’s a theme issue, which is most likely true.
