Boxer not showing

    hi, I don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve tried what is in the documentation step-by-step, and even read through the support here and tried the other short code, but I can’t still get the boxer to show.

    I have two active blocks which are under one block group, I called the block group “blockcontent”.

    I used a text widget and used the codes [wpbp_blocks set=”blockcontent”] and [boxer set=”blockcontent”], neither showed the boxer.

    Am I missing something? Here’s my test site. https://hardtoget.t24designbuilders.com/

    You can see the message “Please make sure at least one active block uses block group blockcontent or adjust your shortcode parameters.” at the middle part. That’s all widgetized, tried it in the sidebar and a separate page but still won’t show.
