You can something similar to this shadow with yellow pencil plugin.

Please try this options:
color: #BBBBBB
Blur Radius: 10px
Spread: -10px
Inset: no
Horizontal length: 0
Vertical length: 20

Background-image: https://gmcpro.com/presentation/images/video-shadow-box.png
Bg. Position: “center bottom”
Background-size: “Cover”
Background-repeat: “No Repeat”

Play with background-size and background position options.
