Box rule conditions

    Hi
    I am very new to this website/blogging world :0) I downloaded the plugin and set it all up, except for the rules bit. I have no idea what to put in the rules. I’d like the box to appear once someone scrolls down the home page with my blog posts but once they close this, I don’t want it to appear again. Please can you let me know what code I need to include?
