Box only displaying in very bottom left corner of website – No pop up!

    I have set up a pop-up to display in the bottom left corner when a user scrolls down to 60% of the page. The cooke on the box expires: 0 hours after trigger and 24 hours after dismissed.

    For some reason, the box is not displaying as a pop-up, but sitting on the very bottom left corner of my website. The formatting is also a bit wacky when it’s nestled in there.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache & cookies from my Safari browser, but it doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas?

    Hi Lap,

    The problem has not been resolved – it’s still looking the same on my browser, on multiple computers. Any ideas to fix this?

    Hi Hayley,

    If you go to the page where you edit your box, what do you see selected as the “Box Position”?

    It looks like your box is configured to show up on the bottom-left, where I think you want it to be centered.

    Hi Danny,

    Right now I believe my settings are configured for the box to pop up on the bottom left corner when the user is scrolled to 60% of the page height. Instead, the box is static on the bottom left corner of the page. I’d prefer not to have it centered on the page, as I don’t want it to be that intrusive. Overall, it seems the box is not functioning as a “pop up” and just sitting on the very bottom left. Does this plugin not actually have the “pop up” feature?
