Box not showing on mobile

    Hi,

    I’ve used your plugin on quite a few sites and haven’t seen this issue before.

    I can’t think why it wouldn’t show on mobile on this site, any idea?

    Do you have a min or max screen width set for the box? Can you show me a screenshot of the box’s settings?
