    Hi
I have just set up a second box to slide in from top right. It is not showing. There are no javascript errors, checked in a test mode – still nothing.

    1. I believe that I can have multiple boxes showing at ths same time (from different places) – correct?
    2. When set to show from top right – is it supposed to show from the top of the masthead or from underneath the top menu?

    thanks

I was posting another post and suddenly I lost the connection with with forum
And the www.remarpro.com site is is not loading.
I tried from another browser – same.

I can however log in from my phone – which I’m in now do the site is not down.

It looks like my IP is blocked by WordPress
I have no other explanation- I have A different IP on my phone of course.

Any idea how this could happen and why???

I’m waiting on replies to my urgent issues so this is not funny…

I notice both the boxes show up on your site for me.

I have no idea why you can’t visit the WordPress forums, we have no control over that. Maybe try to https://refreshyourcache.com that may solve the problem with the box not showing for you as well.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    which browser are you using?

I tried Firefox and Chrome and this box is not showing….

the first one at the bottom is ok.

    I tested in Chrome.

Can you try in an incognito window?

    where will I find it…?

Also, I checked the refreshyourcache page – the steps for Firefox (my main browser I use) has the screenshots of an earlier version of Firefox. I don’t have these settings. (Firefox 72.0.1) and can’t see the option to clear the Firefox cache…

I have tested in Chrome and Firefox in incognito windows – no box. That’s on my PC.
I have tried on my phone in Chrome – still no box!!!

do you have any other suggestions?…..

    Hey @magicpowers,

Please check the screenshot at https://www.dropbox.com/s/35qalgruyb5pouu/Screenshot%202020-01-12%2014.08.06.png?dl=0. I can see one box on the bottom right corner.

Have you tested from an incognito/private window?

Also, are you using any adblocker or similar add-ons for your browser?

    Hi @hchouhan

There should be two boxes – one at the bottpom and one at the top.

This screenshot from @lapzor shows both boxes.

So you can’t see the top one, either.

Yes,as I said in my reply above – I have tested in Firefox and Chrome in Incognito windows and also in Chrome and Firefox on my phone.

I can see ONLY the bottom box.

I don’t have any pop up blockers. If I did – I could not see ANY boxes, and yet I can see the bottom one.

what on earth is going on??

is there a setting in Bxzilla I haven’t seen that needs to be enabled for multiple boxes to show at the same time?

I have also cleared the browser cache, my website cache – have run out of all the options!

    HELP!

    Thread Starter magicpowers

There is definitely something wrong with the plugin.

    please advise.

    ok, it’s working now. Somehow.

There is definitely an issue with the plugin as the box with the Top Right position was showing at the very top of the screen with the first line of text cut off.

If you recall, for @lapzor it was showing as hanging off the menu.

I have changed it to Center – and is working fine.

    Hi @hchouhan

    Ok.

Yesterday, the second box was finally showing – but then when I was testing the various cookie settings – it stopped showing again.

Today I tried again from scratch. There is definitely a bug in the plugin.
I have cleared the cache on the server and in the browser. The second box is NOT showing no matter what cookie setting I select.

There is now also a second bug – regardless of the size of the box I choose, the first box is showing in the same small size. I cannot make it any bigger as the settings are clearly not saved.

These two issues point to a bug in the plugin configuration panel.

Could you please advise how to fix this or whether you will release an update.

I was considering upgrading to the premium version but of course now I won’t even think about it untill these bugs are resolved.

    Hi Anna,

    1.

The plugin is configured to never automatically show more than one box at the same time if they’re triggered via a non-explicit action like scrolling down the page or just spending time on a page. This is because we attempt to nudge people in not going too crazy with their pop-ups as time and time again, it shows it is more effective to keep things simple and to a minimum.

You can still invoke more than one box at the same time by using a link or button with javascript:Boxzilla.show() as the link, as in those cases the user is explicitly asking to be shown something.

<a href="javascript:Boxzilla.show();">Show all boxes on the current page</a>
    <a href="javascript:Boxzilla.show(100);">Show box with ID 100</a>

    2.

From the top of the window, as it’s impossible for the plugin to determine what element is your “masthead”.

I hope that clarifies a little. If not, let us know please.
