Box layout: The customizer is not responding

  • Hi,
    Since change from last Alex version, to Nikeo 3.2.10 with child theme, had at list two problems:
    First:

    Second:
    Since beginning Hueman design was setup to open layout.
    When update to 3.2.13, the open layout change to box layout, first in home and later, site wide. Actual version: Version 3.3.18
    However, the box layout is unchecked home and site wide. I clear cache several times.
    Conclusion:
    The customizer is not responding to changes in box layout, and side bar head colors.

  • Hi there,
    does this happen also without a child-theme?
    There might be something in it that overrides the parent theme behavior…
