    I have recently downloaded your plugin (which is great!) – I have just edited the box for the first time – as it’s What’s New it is meant to be updated.

    The preview looks fine, my test on Firefox is also ok on computer, but on my phone using two different browsers the old box is still showing.

    I have cleared the cache on my website twice.

    Why aren’t the changes propagate straight away and what can I do to make it happen.

    90% of my website visitors are on mobile devices so that’s important.

    The old version was showing “How to stop Procrastinating” (link to my podcast).
    The updated version that should be showing is “Healing Emotional Addictions” podcast.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The plugin changes may be affected by caching with the site or hosting. Could you ensure all caching is cleared both site and hosting(if enabled) and recheck using a new incognito browser window?

    I have cleared the site cache several times, never had any issues with the host cache before with other box plugins or any other changes to my site.

    Still, my changes have not been updated – checked in the incognito window.

    Please advise ASAP how to fix this – I need to have my What’s New slide-in to be updating straightaway.

    Is there an additional SAVE button somewhere?

    Once again, the preview shows ok.

    ok, the caches have unclogged themselves – unless you did something in the background …:-)

    all is showing ok.
