Box does not show up

    Hey Danny,

    Thanks again for making this plugin; it’s very convenient and awesome.

    However, I can no longer get the box to show up. I installed it a few weeks ago and it worked at first, but then no longer would show up.

    I’ve tried just about everything I can think of: deleting and recreating the box, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, clearing my browser and server-side caches (I use CloudFlare, and I’ve tried it on development mode as well), and I still cannot get it to show up.

    I want to do my official launch very soon and I use this plugin in combination with your MailChimp one for newsletter subscriptions, so I would really appreciate it if we could get it working. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Does it work if you disable your minify plugin? I can see the box show up in your page source so the error is most likely a conflict with your minify config.

    Yes, just tried it. It works!

    Is there anyway to have both running at the same time, or are they mutually exclusive? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can definitely have both running at the same time but you will have to take care when configuring W3 Total Cache.

    Auto-minify causes a lot of conflict with any other JS plugin out there because it messes with the order in which scripts are loaded and the placement of those scripts. Eg some scripts are meant to be loaded as the last thing in a website while auto minify moves them to the top.

    You can workaround this issue by manually configuring which scripts to minify, in which order to minify them and where to place them. This is a feature in W3 Total Cache. ??
